20+ interconnected procedures across 4 core stages to guarantee product performance & stability

Complete Production Process System

Our Band Saw Blade Production Process is a full-process precision manufacturing system covering raw material processing to finished product delivery, with up to 20 complete procedures, which are closely linked to ensure product performance and stability.

20+ Interconnected Procedures

Each step is tightly linked to avoid performance defects, ensuring consistent quality of finished blades.

Full-Process Coverage

Covers raw material processing, machining, heat treatment to finished product delivery & packaging.

Precision-Driven Manufacturing

Every stage adheres to strict tolerance standards to maintain blade performance and stability.

Four Core Production Stages

The whole process can be divided into four core stages: the first stage is base material pretreatment and bi-metal composite welding, to complete the reliable combination of the two core materials; the second stage is tooth profile forming and precision machining, to create a saw tooth structure that meets the design requirements; the third stage is heat treatment and performance strengthening, to endow the saw blade with the required hardness, toughness and fatigue resistance; the fourth stage is precision grinding, surface treatment and finished product preparation, to complete quality control, rust prevention and packaging before final delivery to the market.

Material Pretreatment & Welding

Reliable combination of high-speed steel teeth and spring steel back via bi-metal composite welding.

Tooth Forming & Machining

Precision machining to create tooth profile structures that meet design & cutting performance requirements.

Heat Treatment & Finishing

Performance strengthening + precision grinding + surface treatment to ensure hardness, rust resistance & quality.
